Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy

General Terms for Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations


First: When Purchasing Online from the E-Store

1. Costs in Case of Error or Manufacturing Defect

The store will cover all return or exchange fees if the delivered product does not match the specifications listed on the website or if it contains a manufacturing defect.

2. Returning or Exchanging Products Without Defects

If the customer wishes to return or exchange a product that has no defects and matches the listed specifications, the store will not refund the original shipping fee paid at purchase.
The customer must also cover the shipping cost to return the product to the store’s address within two (2) days from the purchase date.

3. Customer Responsibility Before Completing the Order

The customer must verify product specifications and details before completing the purchase.
Failure to do so makes the customer responsible for all costs resulting from returns or exchanges, including shipping and delivery fees.

4. Product Mismatch or Receiving the Wrong Item

If the shipped product differs from what is displayed on the website, the customer has the right to exchange it at no additional cost.

5. Return and Exchange Period

Customers may return or exchange products within seven (7) days from the purchase date, provided the product is unused and its original packaging is intact.

6. Returning a Used Product with a Manufacturing Defect

If a customer uses a product and discovers a manufacturing defect within seven (7) days of purchase, the store will cover all return or exchange costs—provided the customer presents proof of the defect.

7. Condition of the Product Upon Return or Exchange

Returned or exchanged products must be in their original condition, including all accessories, and must be returned in the original packaging.

8. Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangeable Products

The following cases are not eligible for return or exchange unless a verified manufacturing defect exists:

  • Misuse or negligence

  • Cutting, breaking, or damage caused by improper use

  • Products opened in an abnormal manner

  • Failure to follow operating instructions

  • Exposure to water if the product is not water-resistant

  • Any unauthorized maintenance or modification

  • Full or partial device failure caused by using incompatible accessories

9. Policy Updates

Al-Hammadi Electronics Store reserves the right to modify the return and exchange policy without prior notice. All changes are considered effective immediately upon update.

10. Order Cancellation Procedure

Customers can cancel their orders directly through the account page—under the “Orders” section—by clicking the cancel icon within 3 hours of completing the order to receive a full refund.

If more than 3 hours have passed, customers may contact us via email at info@alhammadi-ye.com or through the contact information provided in the “Contact Us” page.

  • If the order has not been shipped yet, it will be canceled and fully refunded.

  • If the order has already been shipped, the initial shipping fee will be deducted, and only the product value will be refunded.


Steps for Returns and Exchanges

  1. The customer must send a return/exchange request along with the order number to info@alhammadi-ye.com during official working hours, or contact us directly via WhatsApp.

  2. Wait for management approval. A reply will be provided within 48 working hours at most.

  3. The reason for return/exchange will be reviewed, and the appropriate procedure will be determined according to the store’s policy.

  4. Upon approval, the store will send the customer a return shipping label (airway bill).

  5. The customer must place all accessories and components in the product’s original packaging.

  6. After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the store will process a refund to the customer’s bank account within 3 days from the date of receipt, and within 14 days for credit card payments.
    Direct refunds are available immediately for returns made at physical outlets.


Second: When Purchasing from Physical Stores

All terms in the online purchase section apply, with the following clarifications:

1. No Shipping-Related Clauses Apply

Since no shipping is involved when purchasing from a physical outlet, shipping-related terms do not apply to returns or exchanges.

2. Requirements for Returns and Exchanges

Customers must present the original invoice as proof of purchase to benefit from return/exchange services.

3. Product Condition Requirements

Products must be in their original condition—unused, undamaged, and with all accessories and original packaging.

4. Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangeable Products

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Products that have been opened without a verified manufacturing defect

  • Products damaged through misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications

5. Policy Updates

Al-Hammadi Electronics Store reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice, in accordance with business needs and market conditions.
